DEATHS OF RETURNED MEN

COBELDICK, Cpl F T, son of W Cobeldick, Government ranger, Rotorua, died in camp from pneumonia following upon influenza. His brother, Pte Eric W COBELDICK, was killed in action in France in July 1917.

GRACE, Pte David P, son of Mrs C Grace, Upper Vincent St, died of influenza and was buried at Waikumete Cemetery with military honours.

LYE, Pte E V, 18th Reinforcements, died at the Auckland Hospital Annexe of pneumonia.

SPEIGHT, Lieut Harold Ellison, MC, only son of Mrs Marion Speight & late Mr Wm C Speight, St Georges Bay Rd, Parnell, died at Whakatane.
